Return Policy & Guarantee

All merchandise offered (with the exception of "clearance" or "sale" items) is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund or credit, less freight charges, and will be charged a $15.00 handling fee. 

All items must be unmarked, in new condition and in original packaging.  All returns must have a return authorisation number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package. 

All merchandise marked "clearance" or "sale" is considered final sale, and is not returnable nor exchangeable.

Warranty Claim Information

Warranty claims do not include regular wear and tear of footwear but only manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

What to do?

  • Send us your name, inform us of the season and also the date of purchase.
  • Clearly describe the complaint or issue that applies. Also attach digital photos for further description.

Examples of valid warranty claims:

Loose stud

One, two or three missing studs on a shoe are not allowed as a valid claim. Four or more missing studs per shoe is considered an approved claim.


If it is not obvious that the shoes have been misused, this is an approved claim. 


If possible, simple repairs can be made. Shoes that have been misused or abused will not be considered as valid warranty complaints. Shoes with damaged linings or membranes which cannot be repaired may be considered for warranty exchanges. 

Manufacturing defects 

Leakage due to manufacturing defects are considered valid claims. Improperly maintained shoes (over-dried leather or untreated leather) will not be accepted as complaints.
