Canadian Shipping Rates
Free Shipping (On full-priced orders of $50 or more) - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 3-10 business days.
Regular Shipping - $20 (On orders under $50) - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies.
Express Shipping - $45 - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 1-4 business days.
You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy & Guarantee
All full priced merchandise offered is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund or credit, less freight charges, and will be charged an 8% handling fee.
All items must have been worn inside only, unmarked, in new condition and in original packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All merchandise marked down, or indicated as "clearance" or "sale" is considered final sale, and is not returnable nor exchangeable.

Warranty Claim Information
Icebug Canada only handles warranty on products purchased directly from https://www.icebugcanada.com/. All products purchased from another retailer, online or walk in, MUST be pursued at the original place of purchase.
Warranty claims do not include regular wear and tear of footwear but only manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with a ICEBUG product: please contact us at email@example.com
Please check if a repair is possible and within reasonable costs, maximum $35 CAD.
What to do?
- Send us your name, and Icebug Canada order number.
- Clearly describe the complaint or issue that applies. Also attach digital photos for further description.
Examples of valid warranty claims:
If you are missing more than 3 studs per shoe please contact us for replacement studs.
If it is not obvious that the shoes have been misused, this is an approved claim.
If possible, simple repairs can be made. Shoes that have been misused or abused will not be considered as valid warranty complaints. Shoes with damaged linings or membranes which cannot be repaired may be considered for warranty exchanges.
Leakage due to manufacturing defects are considered valid claims. Improperly maintained shoes (over-dried leather or untreated leather) will not be accepted as complaints.
